CREATING COOL, CUSTOM DESIGNS AND BRINGING THEM TO LIFE.
OPTIMAL FOR PROMOTING YOUR BRAND
Screen printing is one of the most popular printing techniques used for printing designs onto various products.
Personalized products open up many more opportunities for conversation. Evangelism, or in simpler terms, word-of-mouth promotion is the most cost effective and arguably one of the most powerful forms of advertising.
Customizing products serves as great promotional tactics when attending events, conferences, fairs, or meetings. Even as a store front when organizing your merchandise, placing customized screen printed products front and center will grasp attention; creating a higher potential of sale and higher potential for profit.
We work to make sure your products turn out to look professional, high level of quality and are affordable. No matter the product, if applicable to screen printing, we promise we will get it done for you and level up your brand.
So, if you haven’t used screen printing yet for your customized promotional needs, now is the time to start.
There are different types
of screen printing, depending on the aim and the printing process used.
We will discuss a few of the techniques for screening here—water base and plastisol are our favorites.
Optimal for promoting your brand. You’re able to customize it however you want, your logo, slogan, colors, image. On t-shirts, hoodies, totes, tank tops, sweatshirts and towels.
Water-based ink makes an incredibly soft, detailed image and gets softer with each wash.
Water-based printing features inks that are soft, breathable and able to soak into the fabric of the garment, rather than sitting on top. When water based printing is done correctly, they result in crisp, bright prints that you can't feel to the touch!
When to use Waterbase Printing
For super-soft, no-feel prints
On white or light-colored garments
On dark-colored garments for a strong faded/vintage look

Plastisol inks deliver a very bold color print. Extremely popular and it's the best way to achieve a Pantone color match..
Plastisol is the most widely used ink in the industry. Durable, versatile, opaque, and able to lay down a crisp and detailed print, plastisol is still the go-to ink for screen printers.
Plastisol ink is a plastic-based ink made for apparel. It is a cheaper ink that has long been the industry standard for screen printing despite its generally thick, heavy feeling print results. This option also allows us to match Pantone colors.
Plastisol ink lays directly on top of the t-shirt fabric, covering the top of the shirt with a layer of ink.
When to use Plastisol Printing
Little to no ink waste
Very few fabric limitations
