Laser Etched Patches
Want a more rugged, natural look?
Laser-Etched Patches are ideal for moderate to complex designs with small detail that can be transferred easily to a one-color look.
Logos are etched on simple shapes (circle, rectangle, square etc.) then stitched or heat sealed to the headwear.
Genuine and faux leather available.
Embroidered Patches
This traditional method is more popular than ever.
Embroidered patches help deliver a higher level of detail than flat embroidery.
Simple shape patches can have either a merrowed edge or satin stitched edge and are hand stitch applied or heat sealed to headwear.

FlexStyle® 3D Emblems
FlexStyle® Emblems are unlike anything you’ve seen before. They’re great for everything from caps, corporate apparel and sports wear. They come in full color matte and metallic color options. Woven Patches
If your design has a lot of detail or small lettering that you want to pop, choose woven patches to achieve a clean, crisp, graphic style. These patches are made in a similar way that images appear on a computer screen—lots of little dots. Woven patches are created with thinner threads than embroidered patches.
Simple shape patches can have either a merrowed edge or or satin stitch edge and are hand stitch applied or heat sealed to headwear.
Complex shape patches have only a satin stitch edge and are heat sealed.

Sublimated Patches
Have a bold, complex logo with multiple colors? You’re going to be happy with this choice!
Choosing a sublimated (photorealistic) patch for your design, allows subtle details and colors that aren't usually possible.
Simple shape patches can have either a merrowed edge or or satin stitch edge and are hand stitch applied or heat sealed to the cap; Neon colors cannot be sublimated; edge thread colors may not be an exact match to sublimated colors.

Flat Embroidery
The most popular of all. Flat embroidery is just that. It lays flat on your polo, cap, bag, jacket and just about any other apparel product. We can take most designs and digitize them for embroidery but it can be a challenge to make small text and finer details look good. We’ll take a look at your design to see if embroidery is the best fit. If not, we’ll come up with a solution for you. That's our promise.

3D Embroidery
In some cases 3D embroidery can be a great way to have a raised effect to your design. It’s accomplished by putting a layer of foam underneath the stitches to give it that 3D look! You’ve probably seen this on most baseball teams caps. It’s very popular but because the set-up is a little more in depth than flat embroidery the price is a iittle higher for this special effect.
